Specialty Die Cutting

Our specialty die cutting services at Quick Cut Gasket & Rubber Corporation are used to produce a wide range of products including gaskets, RFI shielding, promotional items, and skirt boards. Steel rule, hydraulic, and CNC die cutting equipment can cut most any material including fiber composites, rubber, sponge, cork, and cloth up to 75″ long and 30″ wide. Thickness capacity ranges from 0.006″ to .75″ for rubber and over an inch for sponge materials.

Die cutting is a very versatile process capable of holding tolerances as tight as ±0.020″. Properly cutting the range of materials we work with can be challenging, but our team has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the rubber fabrication industry. With average employee tenure of over 24 years, customers can be assured they are receiving the highest level of service.

In addition to die cutting, value added services such as laser tooling, assembly, and special packaging are available. Our facility is set up to accommodate a wide range of production volumes. Smaller orders can be turned around in less than 48 hours with larger orders typically taking 1 to 2 weeks.
